This is an online community of people who support the United Methodist Churches in Latvia and the people of Latvia. Here in this community you will be able to connect with people who share your desire to support the efforts of a post communism return to a compassionate and dynamic faith-filled denomination that seeks to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
To become active in this community you must join and create a profile. Once you are a member you will have access to broadcast email, RSS subscriptions, blogs, photos, documents, and much more.
Members are encouraged to post photos, share helpful documents, or just read and comment on the web-log postings (Blogs). In the near future chat room functionality will be available and can be used for real time discussion among members.
When creating a profile it is helpful to use an Avatar or image. such as a photo. In the profile enable avatars and then browse for a file and update. Be sure to save and you will see the image you attached now associated with your profile. Larger photos may have to be resized to fit. Also be sure to include your email as public so that other members have the ability to contact you directly.
